Black Friday Lucky Draw Campaign Terms and Conditions

The Lucky Draw runs from November 10, 2024 to December 5, 2024.

During this period, any online customer who purchases a bike on the official website (https://www.euybike.com) will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes.

Please note: any purchases made outside of the official website are not eligible.

Lucky draw winners will be randomly picked and announced on December 12, 2024 on the official website deals page and Facebook page.

Final winners will be determined according to the official announcement.

The winners' order number and encrypted email will be posted on official website (https://euybike.com/pages/euy-ebike-black-friday-sale), official Euybike Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/euyofficial).

We will contact the lucky draw winners via our official email (service@euybike.com).

If the winner does not respond after 5 business days from the date of attempts to contact the winner, an alternate winner may be selected.

The First prize winners will be contacted via our official email (service@euybike.com) with a confirmation email and will automatically be credited the

actual payment amount for the specific winning order (including taxes and shipping fees) within 14 days after the end of the Lucky Draw campaign.

If a customer purchased a discounted bike or applied a discount code on his/her order,

the winner would receive a credit for their actual payment (not the non-discounted original price).

The winners will be credited through the original method of payment. Different payment methods are not accepted for this campaign.

Note: If the order amount exceeds $3,000, we will only return a maximum of $3,000.

For example, if the customer's order amount is $5,000, we will only return $3,000. The remaining $2,000 will not be returned. Please pay special attention to this rule.

The second and third prize winners will be notified by official email (service@euybike.com).

Prizes will be shipped free of charge within 14 days of address confirmation.

Please check carefully on our official page, look for the official email, and do not trust any other contact email claiming to be Euybike to avoid being scammed.

Eligibility for the Lucky Draw campaign offer is limited to:
Legal residents of the 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded) who are 18 years old

or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) at the beginning of the Term.

Purchases must be made at https://euybike.com.
Orders from Amazon and Walmart will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw campaign.

Euybike reserves the right to revoke any prize awarded to anyone deemed ineligible or cheating.
