I recently purchased 2 of these Euybikes. I received them both, put one together for myself. It took me awhile. I'm 65 yrs and 130 pounds. The bike was heavy for me to manurver but I did accomplish it. I was happy with the way it was packaged. Everything was wrapped, covered and taped. All in all I was very happy with my bike. I've had it over a week, took it camping and I didn't crash. The bike does tend to go faster than I'd like, at times I will turn off my assist. I have to remember to not give it one last peddle when coming in to park. My husband came home from work and later that day, he proceeded to put his bike together. Problem. After unpacking, unwrapping and untaping....it was discovered that the fork stem was broken. It was very dissapointing, we had plans.
I immediately sent email with my issue and pictures. Hours later, emails were going back and forth to rectify this problem. I had already boxed the bike back up for a return. This didn't happen. The offer to send a new fork was offered and I said ok. I was hoping to take two bikes camping, but had only one. When we returned home, the new fork was on the porch. Hubby changed out the fork and finished putting together.

My entire family seem to be enjoying my e-bike , but I don’t mind. It is fun for all of us.
Both me and my wife got them and we love them. We have ridden them almost every day since we got them. They are a blast. We've gone on some pretty long rides with them that were over twenty mile stretches at a time. Haven't had any issues with them other than when we first got them. I had an issue with the battery not lining up right, but they were really quick to resolve the issue and sent me the part to fix it. I love the fact that they are.
Very attentive with any emails that you send them. They are quick to get back to you, never more than a day with any response. I'm very satisfied with my purchases. I'm 280 pounds and it moves me around surprisingly well, and the battery life goes for a long ways. I'm definitely not disappointed with the price or the quality of these bikes.
Works great . Use it every day to ride out my drive way to pick up mail and news paper Dosent sound like much but my d/w is a 1/2 mile long.
