Euybike W1 Dual-Battery Long Range Utility EBike

I'm 5ft 1. When I saw this ebike on their website, said the height from the ground to the seat was 32 inches, which is what I'm riding now. However, when I received it, it was actually 34.5 inches. So I removed a plastic panel under the seat and put it back on to lower it to 33 inches. I also wear high heels shoes, so I can reach the ground on my tiptoes.

Buying this kind of bicycle requires a handyman at home. My husband spent almost a whole day figuring out how to do setting on the bicycle. At first, when he put battery on it, it wouldn't work at all, and it took him a lot of time to figure out that the brake's sensor was not working.

He also found that one front battery not working. After we contacting them and emailed them videos, we received a quick reply within 24 hours and they agreed to send those replacement. So, I generally think their service is pretty good.

When we followed the manual's settings, they were incorrect. So I emailed service department,then he emailed us the correct settings, and after we followed the instructions in the email, reset everything finally worked correctly.

It's so hard for someone as short as me try to find a suitable Ebike. Thanks to my husband for making many modifications, the bicycle can finally be ridden smoothly as I wish. I also want to thank the service department for their excellent service in sending the necessary replacement parts and replay back quickly.

Rear tire needs to be replaced to a stronger tire like Vee Huntsman immediately, but aftersale support is great.

The bike turned out to be pretty nice: solid, easy to handle, fast and powerful. We just bought it, barely 100 miles on odometer so far, but a grocery run in a hilly up-and-down (500 ft) area was a breeze (I'm 123 lb, brought back two huge bags up the 30-45 degree hill).

It's not even close to be 98% assembled though, it took us (2 nerdy techy handy people) several hours to assemble. Mostly because the manual didn't match the reality of that we got which was especially important for the front wheel. And overall the manual is missing quite a few important things, like how to adjusting breaks. Google and youtube were somewhat helpful.

Overall, now, that I figured our everything, I can totally recommend it to my friends (and should probably post on Reddit some missing assembly details).

I am totaly pleased with the new M1, it is a well made solid bike with great design ! Great power and handles very well. I will recommend this bike to all who ask for sure! ALSO

The range and power is amazing. You can chill at 24 mph in PAS 3 and get well over 100 miles, it also had pep if you want to go. Very fun bike that feels very safe and secure.
