S4 Long Range Moped-Style Electric Bike

I love my new bike. I was pleasantly surprised this shipment made it to my house so quick and when I contacted service with questions about the warranty and a few concerns about the bike they were very quick to respond and rest assured back their product 100%!!
It took some trial and error to get the bike dialed in to work the best for me but there are so many things with this bike that can be customized to your personal tastes and feel for a good ride. The aftermarket seat is a perfect upgrade but even the original seat is really good.

My son has put almost 4000 miles on his bike in alittle over a year . He's built a trailer and just finished towing a lawnmower 5 miles down roads and trails . It's never skipped a beat except for the brakes failing

This bike is incredible for the price, the features it includes, the battery life, and the torque. I have put a couple hundred miles on the bike in less than a month including riding with me and another adult passenger, and everything has been smooth, aside from a flat tire on the first ride which I fixed by adding slime to the tire. It has been riding smooth since. Most of the parts are pretty simple to tighten and work on if you have experience with bikes at all, and it was easy to assemble as my first e-bike in about an hour or so. I have not had to contact customer service or use my warranty yet so I can not comment on that, but I did get a quick response on their online chatbot and overall I get a good feeling about the company responding. I will update if anything changes. If you are on the fence, do it!! I upgraded to this from a 20mph Segway scooter and it has been such a fun time taking it out every day to parks and friends houses and the grocery store, etc. I got a full face dirt-bike helmet for this after a few days riding and you will see why, definitely recommend it. All I can say is it’s fast and pretty good off-road. It can handle some light 4x4 trails. I only have to pedal on steeper hills, and I weigh 240. I kinda feel like I am on a badass motorcycle.🤟🏻. 35 mph downhill feels pretty fast to me. The seat is comfortable enough. My only complaint is I think fluid in my rear hydraulic brake probably came with air in it because I need to pump the brake three times to get it as responsive as my front one. But I think it’s great and I am sure the upgraded version would be cool too.

This bike is a ton of fun. I received it yesterday and assembled it last night. Today was my first day riding around town. I was doing 38 mph on the way home..
Totally impressed by the price and the performance. I would do it again a million times. My only negative is that I may need a helmet, haha. Really great buy...
