It Started with a Simple Realization.

At EUYBIKE, we love the thrill of the ride. But as we grew, we realized that for many, an e-bike isn't just for recreation—it’s a lifeline.

We saw that reliable transportation is often the only thing standing between a family and a steady job, or a patient and their medical care. We asked ourselves: How can we turn our passion for riding into a force for good?

That’s why we created the Ride Forward Program.

By dedicating 1% of every sale, we aren't just selling bikes; we are funding mobility for those in need. We believe that when you have the power to move freely, you have the power to change your life.

How will I know if I have been selected?

If you are selected, a member of the Ride Forward team will contact you directly via the email address you provided. We will send an official offer letter with the next steps.

How many applicants are selected each month?

We are committed to donating at least one e-bike every single month. The number of recipients varies. We are committed to dedicating 1% of our total sales revenue to this fund. This means that every customer who buys an EUYBIKE is directly contributing to the program—the more we grow, the more people we can help move forward.

How are recipients selected for the Ride Forward Program?

We review every application with care. Recipients are selected based on their personal stories, their current transportation challenges, and how an e-bike would significantly improve their access to work, healthcare, or daily essentials. We look for individuals for whom this is not just a bike, but a lifeline.

What is expected of me if I receive an e-bike?

Our main goal is to help you regain your mobility! We simply ask that you use the bike to improve your life. We also encourage recipients to share their journey with us—whether through photos, videos, or a written update—so we can show our community the real impact of their support.

When will I hear back about my application?

Selections are made on a rolling monthly basis. Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually. However, if you are shortlisted, we will reach out to you proactively. Please keep an eye on your inbox!

Can I choose the specific e-bike model?

Our team selects the model based on your specific needs (such as height and terrain) and our current inventory. To ensure the Ride Forward fund can help as many people as possible, we primarily donate our reliable, standard commuting models (F6, F8, C3, etc.). Currently, high-performance dual-motor models and newly released series are not included in the program.

Can I apply on behalf of someone else?

Yes, absolutely. If you know a friend, family member, or community member who is in need of reliable transportation, you are welcome to fill out the application on their behalf. Please just make sure to share their specific story and needs.
