S4 Long Range Moped-Style Electric Bike

I’ll start with how the bikes came to us, they were professionally packaged and done so in a way that protected all of the parts. Some people have criticized the installation directions; however, we found them to be straight forward and easy to follow. We found you had to put the front fender on BEFORE installing the front tires, but other than that, everything was seamless. The tools provided were fine, we used our own but the ones provided would have worked fine.

The bike itself we absolutely love! Be ready for the bike to take off quickly if you only use the accelerator, but everything is just as advertised. We added the seat extension and it was good for me as a man with a little longer legs. I like being able to sit back a little further. The bikes are smooth, fast if you want it to be, easy to understand and exactly what we wanted. We would ABSOLUTELY buy them again! The only note I will add is, one of our friends was going to ride, but at 5’ 2”s she was too short to reach the ground. This bike definitely has a sweet spot for the size of the rider. It’s probably 5’ 6” or so and up.

Super job packaging the bike. Very basic installation and my wife decided to tackle the job by herself. It only took her 45 min to assemble the bike by herself. I helped hold the front light but other than that it was a breeze to put together.
First ride was a blast. Very quick and the rear suspension is outstanding.

I just received the bike and put it together! Instructions were great and took it on its first test run and tested all the modes. The bike is very well built and an awesome bike to ride! Looks like since I bought this one for my wife, I need to buy one for myself!

I love riding this ebike, its fast and gets me to work on time... A must have...

Hello if you are looking for a solid e-moped style ebike, that's well made, fast, and not extremely expensive, this is the one! I recently bought this model for my daily commute to and from work. For a few months I watched and read several reviews regarding e-moped style bikes. Everything I saw in video or read on a blog rated the S4 very high. Yes there are a ton more expensive brands with flashier paint jobs. However the S4 seems to perform just as well as most of those brands and in many cases out performs many of those brands! This bike is extremely well made and they deliver on the claims made about the bike. When I received my bike there was a minor issue with the speedometer not reading the top speed correctly. I emailed EUY, they quickly got back to me and instantly started to diagnose what would cause that problem. They then asked me if I felt confident in replacing a couple parts myself or would a mechanic be needed. I'm pretty good with my hands so I felt confident replacing the parts. It made me feel good knowing the company was quick to resolve my problem, and asking if I would need a mechanic. They have really done an amazing job and taking care of me. For the bike alone I give it a 4.5 to 5 stars, customer service I can't give high enough praise 5 stars as well. Because of how well they have taken care of me I will be a loyal customer and look forward buying more EUY products. If you are thinking of buying an ebike or other product from this company I highly recommended them.
